Dear all, thank you for your comments. I apologize I have not provided feedback immediately. I was planning to shut down this portfolio and come up with a new one but with the incidence of comments coming in, I don't have the heart to do so. Regarding Mr. Daniels, I am not privy to his operations. When I was still a business writer, I was sent by my editor to cover the opening of a restaurant in uptown Cebu. My fault then was I only scratched the surface; I was not able to dig deeper into the story. I saw one time a tarpaulin in a mall in Mandaue City, Cebu, announcing that a similar restaurant will be opened there. The mall was still relatively new and I frequently visited it even after I transferred to a new job. But you know what, the restaurant never opened. A few months after I covered the opening of the restaurant in uptown Cebu, the restaurant closed down and a new one was put up. I have yet to check if the operator of the new restaurant is still the same. The restaurant beside it, though, is doing fantastically well. I think the Cebuanos are always willing to try new things, like exotic food. Personally I do; so it came a surprise that the restaurant closed before it was able to gain ground.
